These terms apply when you use the Katos app or this website. By using Katos you agree to them.

What Katos is

Katos is media player software. It plays live channels, films and series from an IPTV service that you subscribe to separately, using the Xtream Codes details or M3U link that your provider gives you.

No content

Katos does not provide, sell, host or link to any channels, films, series, playlists or subscriptions, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of any IPTV provider. The app opens empty until you enter your own account.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the services you connect to Katos and for having the right to watch what you play. Do not use Katos to access content you have no right to access. Your provider, not Katos, is responsible for the content it distributes.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Katos on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, rent or redistribute the app, or remove its notices. You may not reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

Purchases

If Katos offers a paid feature, the purchase is processed by the app store you use, under its terms. Refunds follow that store's refund policy.

Third-party information

Programme guides, match schedules, artwork, descriptions and trailers come from your provider and from public third-party sources. We do not control them and cannot guarantee that they are accurate or available.

No warranty

Katos is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it will meet your needs, work with every provider or device, or run without interruption or errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for your provider's service, or for content you play with Katos. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer in your country.

Ending and changes

You can stop using Katos at any time by uninstalling it. We may change or discontinue the app. If we change these terms, we will publish the new version here with a new date; continuing to use Katos after a change means you accept it.
